‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers Thursday, August 14: Rachel’s Meltdown, Chanel’s Sacrifice, Marlena’s Theory

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Thursday, August 14, 2025! Fans can expect Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) to have a meltdown. Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) offers to make a massive sacrifice.

Plus, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) shares a theory with Belle Black (Martha Madison).

Rachel Black’s Meltdown

Let’s start with Rachel, who has an epic meltdown. Fans know that the little girl went on the stand to testify at Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) trial.

Rachel did just fine and neither attorney was too hard on her. However, Rachel is convinced that if Johnny goes to prison, it will be all her fault.

We know that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) worry about Rachel later in the week.

Marlena Evans’ Theory

Rachel’s meltdown could be connected to Marlena’s theory. The psychiatrist wasn’t sure about sharing it with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). However, she can’t hide her feelings from Belle.

The prosecutor will push her mother into saying what she knows. It’s not what Marlena knows but suspects, and it could have to do with Rachel.

EJ’s hypnosis revealed that a female shot him. When EJ woke up, he excitedly told the doctor that it means there are only four possibilities: Kristen, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez), Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), and Chanel.

However, he’s assuming the female was a grown woman. What if it was a little girl, like Rachel?

Gwen Riczczech von Leuschner’s Connection

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, August 14 reveal that EJ will confide in Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien). We know from the summer promo that EJ gives Gwen some orders.

Chanel Dupree-DiMera’s Sacrifice

As for Chanel, she will offer to take the fall for Johnny. Of course, there is no way that Johnny will allow his wife to do that, even if he’s innocent.

Maybe Chanel discovers that Rachel might be the real shooter. I could see Chanel trying to protect a child, but taking the fall and possibly going to prison is a crazy sacrifice to make.
